Pastor Sarah Toney

Sarah Toney joined Celebration Lutheran as the pastor in February 2024. She was previously an intern serving with Pastor Dave Haven from June 2021 to May 2023. Previous to becoming a pastor, Sarah worked in communications, sales, and fundraising in the business and nonprofit worlds. She has now answered the call to enter ministry with Celebration being her first call as an ordained pastor in the ELCA.

Sarah lives in East Wenatchee with her husband Nate and their three dogs. When Sarah’s not in the church, she will likely be out skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or visiting a local winery.

Office Ministry Associate Bernadette Phillips

 Bernadette joined Celebration Lutheran as Office Associate in 2025 after obtaining her Bachelors and Masters in Cello Performance from Central Washington University and University of Delaware respectively. In addition to working at Celebration, she also teaches Cello lessons and plays Cello around Washington for various Symphonies and events.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and going to the movies.

Finance Associate Annette Eggers

Annette Eggers came to Celebration in 2011. A resident of the Wenatchee Valley for 30 years, she has four children and four beautiful grandchildren.
