Celebration Lutheran follows the events with the church year, including Christmas and Easter. Plus, we have fun, work together for the sake of the community, study, pray…and occasionally drink wine.

Second Harvest Food Truck
We’re partnering with 2nd Harvest Mobile Market to host a free food distribution event for our community. This is a drive-thru event serving up to 250 families while supplies last.
No appointment or documentation is required.
From Pastor Sarah:
“We have all the volunteers we need, but we encourage everyone to share the word so that those in need know they can come. Let’s also take this opportunity to remember our brothers and sisters who may be struggling with food insecurity.”

Rally Day
Join us for a joyful kick-off to our new program year! Rally Day is a fun and welcoming time for kids to get to know each other, their teachers, and the pastors. We’ll have bumblebee-themed games and activities to start the morning.
At 10 AM, families are invited to stay for a special worship service. This service will feature:
• Hymns kids can sing with gusto
• A special message just for children
• Coloring sheets to help keep little hands busy between hymns
Communion: All people — including children — are welcome to take communion with the congregation. Parents may decide if and when their child participates. Children (and adults) can also choose to receive a blessing or remain seated during communion.
Everyone is welcome. Come celebrate with us and Bee Like Jesus!
✨ The official end will be at 11 AM, with time for fellowship and treats afterwards if folks would like to stay. 🙂

Beginning of Grief Support Group Session
Registration is closed for this session. The next will begin in February.
Grief is heavy, confusing, and often lonely – but you don’t have to walk through it alone.
Join us for a 12-week support group beginning September 4th at 6 PM at Celebration Lutheran Church in East Wenatchee.
Together we’ll:
– Understand the contours of grief
– Connect with others on a similar journey
– Feel less alone and more supported
– Imagine a way forward after loss
We’ll be using Understanding Your Grief by Alan Wolfelt along with the companion journal.
💙 This group is open to any faith or no faith.
💸 Cost: Free (materials included).
